This is fantastic MST fare,but as a film...well it's thoroughly awful, but in that special kind of 'what the hell am I watching' way. Leave your brain at the door and you'll be amazed at how outrageously bizarre this one can get.

I'm so very very very disappointed with myself, it makes me fucking sick to my very core. What the hell have I done with my life where I'm both watching this for entertainment, and am being entertained by it? It's really basic slapstick and simulated snuff, together at last, and I like it. No, you shouldn't give it a shot. Save yourself. Watch some Godard or Hitchcock or some shit. Grow some culture that isn't Japanese schoolgirls dismembering shit.

Vampire Girl vs Frankenstein Girl. Very entertaining!

A female vampire enrolls in a high school in order to find a boy who she can turn into an undead companion, resulting in bloody mayhem and over the top chaos like only low budget Japanese films can do. It's nonstop bizarre action and insanity, with fountains of gore spraying everything in sight. The mocking of ganguro culture was also pretty hilarious in a ridiculously offensive way. A very stupid movie, but a really fun way to spend 90 minutes.

Two bizarre female freaks vie for the affections of a rather stupid high school boy. In the process, countless gallons of blood get shed, but the action is always presented in a silly, funny way. Meanwhile, the school is all kinds of crazy; with a club that dresses up in blackface and wishes they were African, a wrist-cutter's club that aims to win the national Japan wrist-cutting championships, and a deadly duo of school nurse and assistant principal. Very silly, but solidly entertaining.

For a ridiculously cheesy and unforgivably terrible movie, this one was pretty damn enjoyable! For extra viewing pleasure, make it a drinking game where you chug every time a partial dismemberment happens or blood splatters on the camera. There's just a sense of silly fun to it all that makes the viewing experience less disturbing than the similar Tokyo Gore Police.

While it took a while to get to the actual "Vampire vs Frankenstein" portions, I think the build up was better than what happened after.
