Really bleak and realistic film about French troops trying to leave Indochina after the war has ended. It subtly criticizes the colonisation of Indochina, the uselessness and never-ending nature of war itself and the terrible organization of French forces. Bruno Cremer is so much charismatic in this film, it's unbelievable !
