This is pretty fucking lousy even by the standards of these "B cartoons" I've been perusing lately for some masochistic reason. A lengthy, er, parade of lame French ethnic jokes. Not even the Grace Kelly allusion really adds much. Can't we marry off some of the disposable A-list actresses we have today to various tinpot dictators around the globe? Or have all of those "monarchs" been shot by now?
