Summary: The Cold War is over for most of the world, but Frank Banner (Armand Assante) must rehash it every day because of his top secret work with defecting Soviet spies -- a job that resulted in the death of his wife. Now, Frank's being called in again to protect an ex-KGB official who's on the run from both the Russian Mafia and the CIA. The case unpredictably brings him face to face with his wife's assassin in this tense post-Glasnost drama.
