Cool concept: a silent, black-and-white sci-fi action film, but the film didn't quite work for me. I think Jeunet would have been a better director for this.

Interesting idea, but doesn't quite work. There are places where the lack of dialogue seems forced and there's never really any motivation behind the story. Still worth watching.

I had the volume too low and I missed the only dialogue! OOPS! But I went back and found out what was said. This is a pretty unique post-apocalyptic film. The lack of dialogue works most of the time but there are some scenes where speech would've been a naturally human thing and beneficial to the film. Kind of dull at times, too. Overall it's OK.

A low-voiced, post-apocalyptic sci-fi, where the lively (and strangely sentimental) soundtrack contrasts with the dejected b&w-images - which quite effectively express the "loneliness" in the gray, sad landscape the characters occupy. Not bad, not very good.
