A faithful adaption to a bestselling series of Fundamentalist propaganda books with the production values of a community college play. A choppy, tepid script combined with some of the most lukewarm acting in any movie despite its low budget. If God were to take over Kirk Cameron's body, he would tell His people to put the DVD in the microwave for two minutes and let the sparks fly in preparation for Jesus' Second Coming. Plus, it also saves their money on fireworks.

Shoddy production values almost overshadow the inconsistent and neglected screenplay that guarantees this film cannot even be enjoyed ironically.

It will have you asking one quesiton. At what age does god start to judge you. Also, I found it typical christian brainwashing. Believe or go to hell ! I will probly watch the next two movies because it does have a good sci-fi element to it :)

Though not a great movie, it gets it's point across. When the end days happen, like some of the reviews I've read here, people will still refuse to believe.

A truly terrible, preachy mess that lets any possible sense of drama get trampled by the (quite literal) deus ex machina of its subject matter. Quite aside from that, its treatment of the non-religious is pretty damn offensive, and anyone with half a brain will no doubt end up ranting at the screen with regards to how this fetid waste got onto celluloid in the first place.

I had dirt low expectations, I was surprised! It's not that bad! It's not horrible is what I'm trying to say. Woo, "way of the master" rocks! in a sick twisted way.

A stupid premise for a movie, even worse for a religion. Absolutely stunning that some people believe this will come to pass.

They had a good chance to make a great, low budget Christian movie. Then came Kirk Cameron. Yeesh, why?
