Summary: Giancarlo Giannini, in his movie debut, plays Christian, a young man who saw, in his childhood, his father committing a brutal murder in the hypnotic mirror room of the family mansion. Years later he returns to the mansion hoping for an inheritance with his fiancee Helene (Dominique Boschero), his lawyer Paul (Luciano Pigozzi) and his wife Brigitte (Mara Maryl). After the return, Christian is plagued with thoughts about his father's passing in the embrace of the sea.
