This was awesome!

I first this saw a long time ago when the makers posted it on Vimeo for free. That this would go onto win the Academy Award completely surprised me, but it no way is not deserving. Clever concept and a critique that remains valid even if its presentation here is not overly analytical.

A fun concept with slight commentary executed nicely, and the final zoom-out is genius.

Interesting take on product placement. Pretty funny.

Pretty cool, most of the enjoyment comes from the creative use of the logos, i.e the concept of the film is almost all there is to it.

Gets a little tedious but it's a very cool and creative concept well executed.

Very interesting concept and some quite imaginative uses of the logos. Could've used a proper story and better animation.

Apparently more an exercise in cgi rather than film making, this short at least succeeds in bringing a lot of logos together in one visually assaulting frame after another. The content is entirely a vacuous tribute to Tarantino.

Bombarded by consumerism and advertisements, Logorama reminds us that this is what life is like for us everyday. Recognizing more than 5O of these symbols made me think about how much these logos are involved in my life. The end raps up everything nicely, albeit in a very french way. Consumerism runs on oil relates to natural disasters like ice caps melting etc. Finally those logos we worked so hard to embed in our society cause their own reckless undoing and unfortunately most of ours.

I couldn't think of a better story for a world dominated by publicity -- oh wait, this is our world!

A lot of people are saying how this has a lot to say about how logos are taking over our society, but I'm not quite sure the short did as much with the concept thematically as it could have. Still this is fun, and doesn't outstay it's welcome (for too long anyway).

While it's obviously tempting to read it as an a allegorical comment on capitalism in the modern world, don't: instead, see it as a masterfully sumptuous, often incredibly funny and very well thought-out stream of in-jokes and references. It could have done with a better plot, perhaps, but the dialogue is spot on and it's an absolute joy to watch.

Fine little piece of art. I liked the symbolized animation which supported the use of logos. The 2D animation out of 3D was a good choise as well. The cliché story and the end of chase could be more meaningful. The space logos were good though.
