Summary: A small desert town is turned upside down when two bikers rob a store and threaten to harm the family of anyone who turns them in. Undeterred, one of the townspeople (Sean Patrick Flanery) arrests the thugs. The leader of the gang (Lou Diamond Phillips) promises revenge, and when the bikers escape from jail (killing a policeman in the process), they intend to bring just that.
