Teenage Tom Cruise and teenage Rorschach from Watchmen drive down to Mexico to party and lose their virginities. Tom Cruise is the shy, sensitive one and Rorschach is the wacky, perverted one. Hookers, drugs, gratuitous nudity, barfights (multiple!), and a jailbreak ensue. It's super-generic and super-mediocre, but in all fairness I've seen much worse.
