This film is every bit as funny as Chow's other works and features just as much madness, creativity, stupid jokes and wonderful moments right out of left field. You have to admit though, it's much longer than it needs to be (despite running only 92 minutes) and drags awfully in the middle. If you can put up with the pacing problems, you will find the visual gags and parodies are among the best in the business.
