Summary: 16 years ago, a horrifying incident occurred on the southern island, and all inhabitants died. This incident was covered up by the government, however, two boys miraculously survived. One of them, Michio Yuki..becomes an elite bank clerk, but moonlights as a ruthless killer. Another survivor Yutaro Garai..who is now priest tries to help Yuki's soul, but is crushed by a sense of helplessness.
