Quite decent continuation. It's still silly and over the top, but the whole thing just pushed the right B-movie buttons. Extra points to the completely hilarious end credits song. The main drawback is a lack of Bruce Campbell.

This successfully sicko sequel, which works in a clever _Bride of Frankenstein_ hook, benefits from crisp lensing, an excellent genre cast (plus a cameo by Sam Raimi as a TV announcer), and a full complement of killings, car crashes, and action set pieces. Particularly impressive is the elaborate pyrotechnic work, as those unsung men in the gray asbestos suits perform some truly scary daredevil fire stunts. The movie is dedicated to the late, great Joe Spinell.

Not quite as good to watch as the first one(are they ever), but it still has it moments. And of course fro the Bruce fans, he had a small role in this as well. I liked how the original characters in the first movie were wrapped up as far as a storyline before new characters were added. Several actors that I can remember seeing in other movies made this kind of watchable as well.
