Summary: At age 10, Fanny Price is sent by her mother to live with her aunt and uncle, Sir Thomas and Lady Bertram. As an avid Austen fan, I was looking forward to watching this. How wrong I was! From the first few minutes, this adaptation of 'Mansfield Park' seemed not at all promising and I kept watching only in hope it would become better. But, in vain... There was bad acting, the choice of actors was unsuitable (esp. B.Piper as Fanny), the costumes and make-up did not look real AT ALL and overall the plot was hurried to an extreme and really inaccurate. So, I only have to say, do not bother with this!
