A bisexual female painter travels around Mexico in her microbus, drugging people, stabbing them in the neck and drinking their blood. No one ever says the word "vampire", and she has none of the typical vampire aversions to crosses/sunlight/etc (she actually enjoys a nice frolic on the beach)...she just has an irresistible compulsion to drink human blood. A little slow moving in places, it's got some boobs, some (cheap looking) blood effects and an unexpected ending. Not bad.
