Summary: Devan (Jayaram), a meek, honest farmer and the village darling, gets into trouble with the local hoodlum, Ripper (Riyaz Khan), and runs away to Pollachi with his friend Dasan (Jagathi) in tow. There he meets his look-alike Pazhani (Jayaram), who is the exact opposite of Devan in character. Upon persuasion from Dasan, Palani and Devan agree to switch places, and various comic and chaotic situations ensue. (by iceblox)
