A lesson posing as a story, and the lesson is completely undermined by the story not adhering to realism. The American couple are obscenely annoying, the film is full of incredibly on-the-nose obvious dialogue which is often painful to read, Luppi was really bad, and out of place music accompanies out of place chase scenes/overtaking scene (the overtaking scene was exciting!...not...). The flashbacks look silly, particularly the garish high contrast black and white doctor school flashbacks.
