Starts off promisingly enough. The last act is bad. Why would you have your vampire protagonist suck out a bullet from a wound when the film seems to be aiming for a realistic take on the myth? In general, the film somehow feels like it was directed by a 16 year old - and that age group is the one most likely to enjoy it. Watch 'Martin' instead.
