Summary: Bobby (Mohanlal), who was brought up by his uncle I.G. Mathews (Thilakan) after his parents died in a plane crash, was all set to marry the daughter of a family friend Chacko (K.P. Ummar), when an old flame from college, Neena (Shobana), shows up at his doorstep with a child & claims it to be his. Bobby tries to prove his innocence with the help of a co-worker Daisy, with his attempts complicated by the fact that Daisy's husband Unnunni (Jagathi) was suspecting an affair between him & Daisy.
