All in all this is pretty tame and crap. The cannibal scenes are slow mo shots of painted faces ripping raw meat crosscut with closeups of the screaming victims' faces, which makes a horribly unconvincing effect. Most of the rest of this is people wandering aimlessly in the jungle waiting to get shot by a poisoned arrow (why poison your prey if you plan to eat it?).
