Summary: Disappointed with their uninspired tour group in Paris, Emma (Katie Cassidy), Meg (Leighton Meester) and Grace (Selena Gomez) are swept into a breathtaking whirlwind of wealth, glamour and excess when one of the young friends is mistaken for a British heiress. While the girls are whisked away to Monte Carlo and find themselves falling deeper into the lie, the alluringly extravagant lifestyle opens up new opportunities and unexpected romance.

Selena Gomez is an icon, and there's one particularly impudent scene when Emma's dining with upper class people and her Texan impulse takes over her and she takes everyone's plates instead of the waitress. And later on, alone in the hotel room, she watch's Grace Kelly movies and cries about her not being rich and missing her highschool boyfriend. And then Selena Gomez kisses her. Well, no. But she should have.

"Selena Gomez may have shot to stardom as a bratty wiseass on Wizards of Waverly Place, but it's her featureless dramatic chops that best benefit Monte Carlo." - Nick Schager
