From one of Japan's most significant animators, comes a half-hour movie that is insignificant in every way. Its plot is extremely hackneyed and drab, and the stylistic pretense to mimic the history of animation (culminating in a Fantasia/Disney homage, *yawn*) comes off as just an excuse for lazy animating.
