An awesome short for fans of the franchise. I wish it would be made as a feature. It's nice to see Johnny Cage not go out like a bitch (like in Mortal Kombat: Annihilation).

In my view an amazing short that I would love to see developed as a full release. As a big fan of the game I have been insulted by the existing MK movies which have followed the same route that most movie/game crossovers have gone down and been utter, utter crap (aside from Silent Hill). Please make it into a movie, please don't ruin it and please don't make me uppercut your head off.

Thought it was a good look at Mortal Kombat. I don't really see the problem with it. A full movie might end up being shit but the short is entertaining.

I've never been big on bringing realism into comic/game franchises but this surprisingly worked. Definitely the better of all the MK adaptations out there and far superior to the detestable series that came after it. It's so nice to see some ACTUAL violence in an MK movie.

An interesting teaser, albeit with cheesy, overly pretentious acting, and a script that takes itself WAY too seriously. It's saved by the extended fight between Baraka and Johnny Cage, which features a neat wrinkle; successfully incorporating MMA within the scheme of traditional fight choreography.

40 seems about what I would give this if it was blown up into a feature. By video game movie standards, that's a compliment.

A character like Baraka should have been close to ancient ones like Rayden or Shao Khan. Though doubted for being produced as a movie, it seems this one will be a "new generation" Mortal Kombat product which i would not appreciate.

I tried to go through life without seeing an actual harlequin fetus. Thank you Mortal Kombat (sic)!

As a concept trailer it's cool enough, but that's really all it is.
