For a movie whose sole redeeming value and/or purpose is its utterly insane gimmick (a double-amputee mob enforcer? what?), the whole affair is played reasonably straight. No smirking, no "hurr look at me i'm so trashy and randum," just a competently performed, zero-budget crime drama. Called "Mr. No Legs." Sadly, there will never be another 1970s.

The scenes with Mr. No Legs, especially the fight with 6 guys, are awesome. Everything else, which is the vast majority of the film? Boring and stupid, like an anti-drug PSA blended with a crappy 70's cop TV show. Also, the ending chase goes on forever, and is dull as dishwater throughout.
