Rating it doesn't really make sense. It is an amateur movie and only parts of the it survived. It shows Tarantino's obsession with movies, that he knows his way around camera and that he can write damn good dialogs.

This is an unfinished picture, some sort of draft of everything Tarantino would do in his films, but undeniably attractive. This one might also be naive in its references and dialogues -- the Elvis talk, the De Palma talk, some quotable lines like "I'm in hell!", stuff like garlic gum --, and everything here still seems fresh, something made from a fan of pop culture to fans of pop culture. Nice -- and Aldo Ray is also here, you know.

Very cool. There's a bit of everything that would become Tarantino's trademarks. What a shame that most of its footage got burnt, so we're able to see just about 35 minutes of it.

I forgot if this film has an ending, it's like twenty minutes and just ends. It's cool and entertaining while it lasts.

Hard talk about the first filming of Tarantino. It is completely amateur and there is no end of story. But it's cool see here, that he already had an original style.
