Good, but somehow not iconic. It is refreshing to have a different villain in a Bugs toon, sometimes.

Liked the setting of Scotland, but they barely do anything with it, except show the dullest caricature of a Scotsman ever. The gags are among the most uninspired, lazy, and least funny in Looney Tunes history, and the auction bids for the golf scores don't make the least bit of sense. Bugs is also a real asshole in this one, and the Scotsman the injured party. I realize this is purely for kids, which is why the score isn't a good 20 points lower, but holy hell did they mail this one in...
