Summary: Sreenivasan (Jayaram), who lead a care-free life with his friends, hesitantly joins the Police force due to family pressure. He gets posted to the village police station of Vadakkekara, where he meets & gets attracted to Chandrika (Urvashi), daughter of Head Constable Parameshwaran (Oduvil Unnikrishnan). While transporting a murder accused, Peter (Mukesh), to the court, he dupes Sreenivasan & escapes. With his job at stake, Sreenivasan goes in search of Peter to Peter's hometown of Chinnankolli.
