Summary: A mad bomber, who looks like a large black-ball bomb with wild eyes, blasts his way out of prison, vowing revenge on the officer who sent him there - the Surete Commissioner. Inspector Clouseau promises to protect the Commissioner, but no matter where they go, Clouseau's screening is ineffective, the mad bomber reaches his target, and a bomb explodes, blasting only the Commissioner. Finally, the Commissioner himself becomes a mad bomber - and Clouseau is his target! (imdb)
