If the FBI spent half as much time looking for these half witted terrorists as they spent looking for Nicolas Cage, they would have owned that bomb plot. If the terrorists spent half as much time planting their stupid bomb somewhere instead of tracking down Nicolas Cage, they could have blown up a major city. Also, Nicolas Cage and Julianne Moore completely mail in their performances and how on earth did Peter Falk stumble into this. Conclusion: this movie sucks.

It's sort of clever and Cage is great as ever, but the plot is internally inconsistent regarding his powers and downright shoddy when it comes to the main villains. You can tell this script went through many iterations. The ending is apparently too high-brow for some people but I didn't feel betrayed.
