Summary: The body of a sexy aerobics instructor is invaded by the evil spirit of a dying ninja. At first, changes in her behavior is limited to having strange interactions with an arcade game, doing sexy things with V8 juice, and being attracted to an unusually hairy police officer. But soon enough, she's systematically killing, ninja-style, the officers responsible for the ninja's death, and can only be stopped by another ninja! (imdb)

Retarded B-movie ninja film even back in the day. This was a big excuse to put a sexy chick in the lead so she could show her tits at every opportunity. Goofy plot, poorly conceived choreography, and some of the worst acting ever. This is like a porno without the money shots. It gets some pity points because of James Hong and Sho Kosugi but that's about it.

Pretty crap ninja flick directed by the dude who made the Breakin movies. It starts awesome with a ninja massacre at a golf course, but then we get almost an hour of talking and Exorcist crap about a chick possessed by the spirit of a ninja. Eventually Sho Kosugi shows up and there's some more decent action at the end, but it's too little too late to save this one. Not even lame enough to be goofy fun, it's just kinda boring. At least the main chick is cute.
