Summary: Dr. Annie (Heera) completes her studies in the US & returns to join her uncle David Kurishinkal's (Soman) 'Span Hospital', to practice under famed surgeon Dr. Roy Mathews (Mohanlal). Annie initially thinks Roy is a boor & hates him, but soon she sees his humanitarian side & they fall in love & get married. When Roy was out of town, Annie stumbles upon an internal organ racket in the hospital. She is killed & the blame falls on Roy. Roy escapes from jail to find Annie's killer - a one-armed man.
