An attempt to recreate the traumatic events in Stavanger, Norway on 5 April 2004, when 11 armed men robbed a cash depot and a police officer was killed during a long shootout, as closely to the real events as possible. The result is a moving, thought-provocing, and believable film that shows how people react when evil strikes in a peaceful environment. It's also, besides Dog Day Afternoon, the only heist film I've seen that neither romanticizes crime nor trivializes death.
