A simple/beautiful indie coming-of-age drama about an adopted child discovering her traumatic past and coming to accept herself. Some people may find the fact that this film has religion in it offensive; but I say fuck them. An artist has the right create both religious and non-religious characters. This is not a preachy film. This is just a film with characters who happen to be religious. I am not religious, and I enjoyed it thoroughly.
