Honestly this plays more like a human interest story about the families that fought to get the 9/11 Commission Report rather than a truely indepth look at 9/11. I did find the emphasis it placed on the FAA's incompetance something relatively new. As far as new information this documentary is certainly lacking, however it's still quite touching to hear these people talk about how 9/11 has impacted them and their families.
