Summary: Jayakrishnan (Jayaram), a struggling lawyer, frees an institutionalized maniac, Harinarayanan (Lal), after being convinced that he was normal, but later learns that he was duped. In his bid to prove that Harinarayanan was abnormal after all, people started suspecting Jayakrishnan himself of being mad. Finally, having to take the financial responsibility of Harinarayanan's antics, Jayakrishnan & his family goes broke & he plays a game show in an attempt to get his life back with the prize money.
