Summary: Kunjappu (Prithviraj), a Muslim & an obsessed Mammootty fan, takes a fancy to a girl he sees at a wedding & tries to seek an alliance with her, but his uncle engages him to a different girl by mistake. The girl he liked turns out to be Sunanda Nair (Bhama), a Hindu, whose uncle Karunakaran Ezhuthachan (Thilakan) was trying to get her to marry his son Shashi (Nishanth Sagar).
