Not too shabby return to the Western for Costner.

Costner, although terrible as an actor does have decent capabilities as director. Unfortunately the whole thing feels like a boring, pale version of Unforgiven. Needed more Gambon.

Recommendable western which deserved a bigger audience.

Costner did it again! He should stick to western and baseball, there he is always at his best. And, of course, he should direct more often.

Mostly enjoyable, but I did miss the first half of this film.

I've never seen a movie that put more honor and just plain righteousness on the screen. Along with some great shoot 'em up action!

Costner is excellent enjoy a chocolate while you can be righteous with an iron fist. no ordinary man can do that nowadays.

After a few stinkers in the 90's, I've ventured with trepidation to anything directed by Kevin Costner. But I was surprisingly pleased by this effort and dare I say, it is better than Costner's magnum opus Dances with Wolves.
