As a 'film', this is terrible, a generic and cheap Seagel movie. As a collage of slow motion, out-of-place wire-fu, bad CGI and numerous other pieces of film stitched together, it is strangely fascinating and one of Seagel's better works because of this. It may be a poor excuse to give this film this high a mark, but few films can barely muster this let alone be 'good' films at all. The fact that it is engaging and hilarious because of its stew of ridiculous scenes makes it good in some way.
