First of all, "OOTI" is no fun. Apart from that little song Betty Boop sings at some point, the rest is unrewarding. But, worst of all, this film claims that black people should either be white or clean up the mess white people create. And that's a really awful notion.

I'm not sure how hypnotism=animating inanimate objects but it's reasonably amusing so who cares.
