I actually prefer the TV series, but the movie is pretty entertaining.

as far as comedy goes this movie basically has none of it, but story wise and by writing this movie gets great marks. there were times when i really didn't understand where it was going. the one thing that really didn't stick with me was the ending, it was pretty blah.

I had to watch this in a business class, although I'm really not sure why. All I've learned is that Indian telemarketers will work in sordid conditions if they are rewarded with cheap plastic american novelty items.

It's good, but you never really get a real "conflict" moment at any point. It's mostly the main character being uncomfortable, but everyone is so polite and he adapts so quickly it's not really a conflict moment. Then there is a new conflict but most of the people it effects don't even care when it happens. It's still a decent movie, and one of those I just happened upon and enjoyed.

A lot of stereotypes, but much better than I expected. And much better than the TV series. The romance angle didn't really fit in with the rest of the movie. At the very least, they should have got someone better looking than Ayesha Dharker.

What a sweet movie! Although it doesn't make you think very hard, it does make you smile. After some of the gloomy movies I've watched recently, this was just what I needed to cheer me up.

I really thought I'd hate this just being another low budget extra national film, but it was charming and enjoyable. Nothing like those "gritty-real" Oscar groping multicultural piece of shit films I'm used to seeing.

I enjoyed this. It was a pretty sweet movie that put a nice spin on outsourcing. At times it was very funny to watch the awkwardness between Todd and the other characters. However, the fact that the characters were mainly one-dimensional and the unrealistic relationship between Todd and Asha annoyed me.
