Summary: Usha (Zarina Wahab), who loses her lover Ravi (Shankar) in an accident in Coonoor, comes to her elder sister Geetha's (K.P.A.C. Lalitha) house to take her mind off things. There, she gets a second chance at life & love, in the form of Ramankutty (Nedumudi Venu), a railway worker who was a friend & coworker of her brother-in-law Vasu (Gopi) & frequent visitor at their house.
