Summary: Parthasarathy aka Parthan (Jayaram), a do-gooder, is at constant conflict with his rich uncle, the Panchayat President & village temple secretary Parakkottu Phalgunan Thampi (Jagathi). With his daughter Satyabhama's (Sreedevika) help, Thampi frames & jails Parthan. After his release, after a near-death incident, Parthan develops ESP & also befriends Lord Krishna in the form of Madhavan (Mukesh).
