Not that bad. Story is quite good actually. The characters are boring and unbelievable but the story has some exciting moments. Too bad the ending sucks. Quite predictable too, but still enjoying to watch.

Such a good concept...such poor execution. Why should I care about a protagonist who is complicit in all the horrible stuff the antagonist does? Because the "bad guy" has crazy eyes and the "good guy" doesn't? Give me a break. Oh, and you can't distract me with a sex scene every 15 minutes either. I'm onto you.

There were three good parts to this film. 1) The beginning - the Hippocratic Oath is shown, its pretty cool even though its not the original version. 2) The end - yay, I don't need to watch this crap again. and... 3) Lauren Lee Smith - *whistles*

I hope the Neveldine/Taylor boys get better. They have potential.

As much as I wanted to enjoy the sick, twisted deviance of this film, it continued to lull me to sleep with its haphazardly written story and its two dimensional characters.

in between the killing and the disections it's fairly dull, with characters who i honestly didn't care weather lived or died. the story kinda pooped out about twenty minutes in when the game was first introduced, but at least after that i got to see plenty of gore.

Absolutely demented and disturbing (so much moreso than Saw or Hostel could do). I don't honestly see what people are talking about it being predictable or shallow, as it is neither and you stay on the edge all the way through. For the people bitching about sex and gore, you have the option of turning the movie off. For the people that believe the two shouldn't have mixed, it was all metaphorical for the relationships in the film (without giving anything away).

Gritty, extremely gory and fun to watch. Petrilli..uhm, I mean, Whitworth's performance is not brilliant, but is just about enough. Bits and pieces makes no sense, no does the setup of young phychopathic doctors, but, eh!

Dud, though the Gallo character was pretty cool.

The protagonist works in this story almost irritating way to the end. So maybe story was in a way successful. But I never really like that Memento guy, because he's not very skillful actor. There is time to time pretty provocative nudity and necro-sex and so several actresses' got poking nipples; must be those cold metal death beds. Otherwise this story did not give me much of reason for high grades.

Just bad. Felt like something that would play at 3 AM on Cinemax.

I wouldn't recommend this movie. I had high hopes for this movie as I'm a big fan of the show Heroes, but I was somewhat disappointed. I liked the dark and medical side to the film, but a mix of gore and sex just doesn't work. The plot seems interesting, though by the end you're hoping for it to end sooner. The effects are good, but effects don't make a movie.

The story is so predictable they could of done a better job. Really great special effects though.

Suggests that Milo Ventimiglia might be something of a prick.

Really cheeky, but almost endearing in being such.

If I wasn't laughing at how bad this was, occasionally, this score would be even lower.
