This movie had some really disturbing scenes, like the one Jazmin was destroying a doll with her face on it + her room and being all hysterical, sweating and crying. All the acting was so horrible. Pure cinema

"God bless her soul, Mo'Nique even stays believable as the story requires her to finally fall apart and hit a new self-hating low." - Paul Schrodt

Aside from the reversal of the standard cliche (fat guy meets hot chick), this is just as superficial, predictable, and awkward as the worst romantic comedies.

Another movie that is just plain ol' awful. I saw it at a dollar show in Detroit, and STILL wanted my money back!
