Easily the best Police Academy film. The introduction of the character of Zed which is essentially what makes the entire series worth it. Also some of the most memorable scenes of the series (the Jones/Bruce Lee scene is always a winner). Of course, if you've seen one of them you've seen them all so don't expect anything new.

Who doesn't like Bob Goldthwait essentially playing himself, and the hilarious antics of Michael Winslow? OK, OK...they're a little tired at this point.

I'm not entirely sure whether it was because I saw the third Police Academy film first, but I thought this wasn't quite as good as the third. It's stupid, poorly done in some areas but is infectiously charming, yet again mainly thanks to the characters played by Winslow and Goldthwait who inject a lot of energy into the whole Police Academy series in general. It's worth the watch if you're a fan of the series, probably not for anyone who wasn't taken by any other other Police Academies.
