Obviously this piece of bizarre irony gets better and better every minute of screentime. Overacting sometimes is not so funny, shitcore humor gets boring after fat-man-shitting-all-over-himself-while-ancient-spell-takes-place. But overall, it's entertaining, bloody and has great musical numbers. Btw, great job, angry mob!

Too long for its own good.

The musical elements being dropped less than halfway into the film was very merciful on part of Kaufman. Not a great movie, but fun, mostly.

This is it. This is the pinnacle of Troma. Automatist filmmaking at its finest. Any pretense that they're making actual movies is completely gone with this one. While they certainly haven't killed the conventional film, Poultrygeist demonstrates how much they believe they could do just that and (for 90 minutes at least) had me believing as well.

Chicken zombies, gratuitous lesbians and toilet humour: it's Tromalicious!

If you've seen a Troma film, then you should pretty much know what to expect from this one. I'll admit that there were a few decent jokes in there and some creative special effects. The rest of the time ... well ... it's a Troma movie. I'll leave it at that.

I didn't think it was funny at all. Ok I giggled a few times, but most of the time I thought it was friggin annoying. Lot's of blood, severed limbs and boobs though

This movie asks the question: what if someone built a KFC on top of an Indian Burial ground? It's juvenile, disgusting, and vulgar; like a YouTube reject tried to go big on Ebaum's world and still failed. But, uh, I kind of liked it. It knows it's terrible and does what it can to poke fun at both corporate fascism and stupid zombie movies anyway. This makes it better than Cabin Boy, even if it could've made itself better by throwing out the grueling musical numbers. C

Troma's masterpeice. I can't tell you how good I think this very strange film is, but oh well, you're just gonna hafta see it for yourselves.

Your typical troma movie that will be a cult classic and be amazing to the fans that have seen it. But for me, this movie made me realize that I don't really like troma movies.

If there's any justice in the world this will become a bigger cult classic than Toxic Avenger.

Sluggish to start and the songs were pretty bad, but eventually the zombies break out and everything comes together. Best thing to come out of Troma since... Well... Ever.

errrrrr, what just happened.

A great piece of satire that has all the subtlety of a sledgehammer. It's a good movie in its own right, the FX are of a great standard and the songs are fun and catchy and the parody elements are funny. One day the academy will come to appreciate that a movie can be something more even if it has a gag about a fat man shitting himself.
