Fun little low-budget hacker/government conspiracy thriller featuring an implausibly cute blond girl in the Debbie-Gibson-meets-Kevin-Mitnick vein, and a bunch of dopey and/or evil men. The technology is credible enough but the overblown plot and characterizations strain credulity in that inimitable '80s way.
