It's either this one or the fouth that torch appears in for a second. After only being in the second movie and none of the others without explanation he appears only for a second... I just don't understand, he was one of the sickest puppets

Full Moon at its height, with what a least looks like a budget to show for it. Gets down to it plot wise, with some moody cinematography and a moment of brilliance with a dream sequence in a bath tube.
