Summary: Set in Berlin during WWII, the Nazi regime is attempting to develop a drug that will animate the dead, in order to use in the war effort. Toulin arouses suspicion as a Nazi dissident, and his secret is discovered. During a Nazi raid on his home, Toulin's beautiful wife is murdered. Toulin vows revenge, with the help of his animated puppets... (imdb)

Not good cinema by any stretch of the imagination but it is entertaining simply because of how campy the dialog is and how earnestly the actors deliver it. Then there are the puppets..which are especially memorable in this sequel because we see their origins. The WW2 Nazi plot and set is also fantastic and totally fits in with this sort of bizarre horror film.

A sweet prequel that introduces six shooter and provides the origin of Blade, the most bad ass of te puppets. Toulin's killer puppets helped him escape the nazis, I'm for a movie with that plot.
