One of those cop movies in which being a cop seems to indicate a license to do anything. The villains, evil murderous marijuana growers, are free of character traits. This is pap, but I admit I enjoyed it anyway because I'm a James Remar fan and have a soft spot for lousy 80's action movies. There are a couple of particularly funny kills.
